Title: Keleketla:: is a Pedi word which is a response to the beginning of a story, something that you say back to the storyteller's "once upon a time". It is some kind of an acknowledgement and a consent that. "I am here, willing to listen to your story with active participation.
The Keleketla Library started as a collaborative project between Bettina Malcomess and Rangoato Hlasane with innacitycommunity collective. The library is open between 2-5 pm Mon- Fr and 10-5 pm Saturdays at Drill Hall, Plein/ Twist Street . Email: keleketla@gmail.com
The Keleketla mobil Library (a library on wheels) started iMay 2008. It is moving around the city presenting himself with performances and readings on the street.
